Timber Love Terms of Trade

1. This quotation from Timber Love is valid for 30 days from date of quotation.

2. GST will be charged at the rate of 15% in accordance with Goods and Service Tax Act.

3. A 30% deposit is required upon agreement of the quotation.

4. Invoices will be sent via email to the client with the remaining amount due 7 days from date of invoice.

5. If any portion of the money payable is not paid on time in accordance with the agreed terms of payment, interest may be charged on the outstanding balance at a rate of 20% per annum calculated on a daily basis. The customer shall pay the cost of collection and reasonable fees in the even of legal action.

6. This quotation is based on clear access to site for a vehicle and tailer and clear access will be provided around the site so access can be made to the building so work can proceed without any delays. Any costs incurred for to delays of Timber Love having to move items to start the job will be charged at an extra cost of $65 per hour + gst.

7. Scaffold – Should the property require scaffold to complete the process safely, the supply & erection of scaffold shall conform with the Construction Act 1959 and Construction Regulations 1961 and Health & Safety at Work Ace 2015 will be the reasonability of the client unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

8. It is the owner’s responsibility that;

1. a. Water and mains power are available to use by Timber Love.

2. b. All joinery, flashings, exterior cladding, wall to floor surfaces (internal & external) are sealed against water damage. Timber Love take no responsibility for water ingress into the house.

3. c. All electrical components which include, but is not limited to, wiring, wall and ceiling sockets and switches, electronic alarms and sensors, automatic gate openers are isolated against damage.

4. d. The customer shall meet all costs and expenses associated with the disconnection and reconnection of any mains power entering the exterior of the building if required.

5. e. The customer shall meet all costs and expense associated with the disconnection and reconnection of downpipes if required.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS QUOTE IS DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTING THESE CONDITIONS OF TERMS OF TRADE
